We use more environmentally friendly bamboo Cello Rediwipes Classic Blue wipes as a first responder to big events for our much loved disabled family member and they do the job admirably! Then we use Sage Bath Wipes and Sage Barrier Shield Wipes.
This large bed mat is very useful for covering a bed at hydrotherapy or public disabled bathroom for hygiene reasons. We would not use these facilities without it.
Sage Impreva Bath Wipes is a great cleanser and gentle on sensitive skin.
This is an effective product used to stop skin issues arising. It is used after cleaning disabled person with bamboo Rediwipes then Sage Impreva Bath Wipes then a Sage Comfort Shield Barrier Cream Cloth.
Very comfortable and fits really well.
I ended up buying 10 of these in 6 to 8 and have 10 ready in the next size up!! My sone has disability and has good days and bad. These jocks boosted his independence and confidence. The 400ml pad will hold an accident to get to the toilet on time. They do size slightly smaller having the pad sewn in so keep that in mind. Highly recommend.
The Molicare Premium Mobile pull up pants (10 drops) reliably do their job each night. They are comfortable to wear and very absorbent, no leakage.
I have used this product for many years and found it to be a very good product, I have never had a problem with it in all the years of use.
I had to find a replacement for the brand of water for injection ampules I had used for years. After much research I found this Braun replacement to be quite satisfactory and at a very good cost.
Delivered approximately 5 days after placing order. Is comfortable and truly waterproof.
Great underwear very comfortable much better than wearing pads.
Absolutely the best
Pediasure is an absolute staple for my Miss as a supplement on top of regular meals for several years now. If you have kids with any similar needs/challenges to my daughter’s I hope the below info helps.
Specific needs met:
- gluten intolerant (non celiac but highly sensitive/symptomatic)
- sensory aversions to certain textures/viscosities
- high protein needs (individual needs/diet/dosage dependant)
- high energy needs
- high calorie needs
- additional fat soluble vitamin support
- malabsorption
- struggle to gain & maintain weight (both muscle mass & body fat)
- additional nutrition support during and after periods of illness
- constipation
- low appetite
Good to know:
- scoops always settle below the powder before first open - get a spoon and dig.
- shelf stable but always keep sealed, dry, cool and double check expiry dates and rotate backup.
- product advice recommends ‘chill to serve’ to improve taste after mixing, BUT if your child is fussy, restrictive/sensitive to temperature, or needs their food/drinks consistently the same, my Miss prefers the powder with cold milk. .
- trial all flavours first before buying bulk if possible (dietician may also have samples).
- order backup and rotate tolerated flavours if possible, you won’t be in a bind if stock low, longer lead time, or late ordering and kid will only have x flavour.
- consider/compare to premixed bottle version if you can afford to early on. Premix great for convenience, the powdered/tin version is handy at home. I find more cost effective to use both if premix useful, otherwise tin is better value if picking one only.
- while other kids have a cold Milo, my Miss has cold “choc crunch”. Don’t mix the powder throughly into cold milk, just stir enough to make milk a little choc flavour and the powder goes moist floating on top with some crunch to it. I’ve had kids ask for one of hers instead.
- pop it in a blender for a milkshake/smoothie experience. Get creative, e.g. add ice for a “M” type iced chocolate frappe with added choc syrup inside the glass and whipped cream on top.
- check brand website for other tips on different ways to use/prepare. Think baking, on cereal etc.
- I’ve reviewed the premix bottle version too.
My son he is almost 8 and has loved wearing these especially to school it has boosted his confidence knowing that the other kids won’t notice if he has had an accident. Will be getting more of these soon!
