As part of our commitment to being your One-Stop Shop, our Customer Care team may be able to source products that aren't part of our standard stocked range through our Special Order Item (SOI) service.
Submit a special product request and we'll investigate availability and provide you with a quote where we're able to source the item.
Important: Things to Know Before Requesting a Special Order Item
Special Order Items are products that we source specifically for you and are not part of our standard stocked range. Please read the following conditions carefully before approving your quote:
- $50 minimum order value: As a general rule, a minimum product value of $50 applies to each individual SOI product/SKU, excluding freight charges. Multiple quantities of the same product/SKU may be combined to reach the $50 minimum. If your request does not meet the minimum, please still contact us as we may be able to investigate available sourcing options.
- Payment is required before we order: We will only purchase Special Order Items from our supplier after you have approved the quote and payment has been received.
- Orders become final once purchasing commences: Once you have approved the quote, payment has been received and we have commenced purchasing the Special Order Item, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind.
- No change-of-mind returns or exchanges: Because these products are sourced specifically at your request, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on Special Order Items.
- Please check your requirements carefully: It is the customer's responsibility to provide complete, correct and accurate product information and requirements before approving the quote.
- Freight may apply: Supplier freight and/or multiple delivery charges may apply and will be communicated as part of the quote or ordering process where known.
