Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Caringbah, NSW

Shipping & Payment

An order will be dispatched once payment is received & when all items are available.
Please note non-stock, out of stock or products that require manufacturing may impact the dispatch timeframe. 
It is not required to pay to place an order however payment must be made prior to the dispatch of an order. If an order is placed without payment an invoice will be issued.

Delivery timeframes & instructions

Orders are dispatched by our team during business hours.
Delivery timeframes are dependent on the courier service used and the delivery location.
All orders are sent via standard Australia Post unless otherwise arranged.

If you require your order urgently, or by a certain day, please contact us as soon as possible. This will allow us to support you and achieve the desired outcome.

Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. This email will provide the tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.

Your order may be sent over multiple parcels (due to height and weight restrictions). They may be delivered at different days and times. Please check the tracking link to check the status of each parcel.

Authority to leave & delivery instructions 

All orders have the default delivery instruction 'authority to leave'. Be advised, 'authority to leave' is subject to the discretion of the local courier driver if they deem it safe to leave or not. 
This request is not guaranteed.

If alternative delivery instructions are required you must provide this prior to dispatch of the order. This cannot be updated after dispatch. If the courier has deemed the area or site unsafe, they will take it to the Post Office for collection.

If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to receive it, please ensure you provide clear instructions in the notes field when placing your online order.

Return to sender

Any orders received back to Minappi Pty Ltd (or any division of) deemed as a 'return to sender' will have a return to sender fee deducted from any credit or refund per parcel returned to us.

What if my order is not received? 

Once a parcel has left our premise it is in the hands of the Courier Service to complete delivery.
If your parcel was due for delivery and the due date has now passed, please reach out to the courier for the fastest resolution.
Alternatively, you are welcome to reach out to our team via our Contact Us page and we can follow up with the courier company on your behalf.
Please be sure to include your order number and confirm your shipping address.

Minappi Pty Ltd (or any division of) including IncontinenceProducts.com.au is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address or international customs issues.

International shipping

We ship worldwide but please note that all products are able to be shipped within Australia (domestically) while International shipping (outside Australia) only applies to reusable products. As such, we are unable to ship the following to our international customers:

  • Disposable products
  • Nutritional products
  • Urology products
  • Wound Care products
