Containing pure D-mannose a single UroFem tablet contains the goodness of 3 kilograms of cranberry-containing tablets. D-Mannose is a naturally occuring sugar that bacteria attach to in the bladder. When we empty the bladder, these bacteria and the UroFem are flushed out.
