Suitable for the treatment of acute and chronic wounds, cuts, abrasions, and minor burns, it also provides short-term antiseptic care of mucous membranes and adjacent tissues prior to diagnostic or minor surgical procedures in the anogenital area. Its gentle, non-staining formula is ideal for sensitive skin and clinical or home use.

Instructions for Use:
Unless prescribed otherwise, apply to the area to be treated with at least two swabs soaked with Octenisept® Antiseptic Solution. Ensure the antiseptic completely covers the area.

Mucous membranes and wounds: apply for at least 1 minute 
- 
Adjacent skin: apply for 2 minutes 
- 
Allow to dry for a minimum of 1 minute before covering or further treatment 
Special Advice:

For external use only 
- 
Do not inject into deep tissue or use to irrigate penetrating wounds 
- 
Not for use in the abdominal cavity, bladder, brain, meninges, eyes, or auditory canal (especially with perforated eardrum) 
- 
Discontinue if irritation occurs or if sensitivity to ingredients is known 
- 
Do not mix with PVP iodine antiseptics or dressings 
- 
Do not mix with other compounds 
- 
Do not swallow or ingest 
- 
Do not use for longer than 14 days without medical advice

Can be warmed to body temperature
