Multi-Mam Nipple Compresses | Pack of 12 are single-use gel compresses designed for breastfeeding mothers experiencing sore, dry or cracked nipples. The soft compresses provide a direct cooling and soothing effect while helping keep the nipple area moisturised.

Each compress is impregnated with a plant-derived gel based on Aloe Barbadensis. The gel creates a suitable moist environment to condition the skin and does not need to be rinsed off before breastfeeding.

How to Use

1. Wash your hands before use.
2. Open the sachet and unfold the compress.
3. Place the gel-impregnated side directly onto the nipple.
4. Leave in place for at least 10 minutes, ideally around 30 minutes and for no longer than 1 hour.
5. Use at least twice daily as required.
6. Dispose of the compress after use.

Multi-Mam recommends applying the compress after feeding rather than immediately before a feed, because the moistness may make latching more difficult.
