I stumbled across Incontinence Products accidentally and I’m so glad I did. I normally use another company for ordering my daughters MIC-KEY Gastrostomy Feeding Tubes and the last time I did when ordering online they told me they were out of stock and would I like to be advised by email when back in stock to which I answered “Yes”. After about 4 months and not having heard back from them, I decided to phone them to see when they were expecting to get the Tubes. After waiting nearly half an hour and listening to the “your call is really important to us” about a hundred times, I finally got to talk to a person and asked about the availability of the gastrostomy tubes and she told me that she is pretty sure they are available. I asked how come I didn’t get an email advising me of this and she said, “oh, we don’t do that anymore”. So I asked if they were available now and she said that as far as she knows they are, but they don’t actually stock them, they get them from a supplier. So I asked if she could ring their supplier to find out if they were in stock. “OH no, we can’t do that”. I was told I had to order the tube and pay for it and that’s how I would find out if the were in stock. That is when I decided to see if I could get the MIC-KEY Gastrostomy Feeding Tube’s from another supplier and decided to have a look online and typed in MIC-KEY etc and besides for the above supplier, Incontinence Products name came up. Thinking that what I was looking for isn’t really incontinence related I would give them a call anyway. The phone rang three times and someone answered. I spoke to the most helpful lady ( I wish I remembered her name) and asked her for what I was looking for and whether they sold them and if they were available. She said yes they sell them and asked me for the size I was looking for and said she would ring the supplier and get back to me. 10 minutes later she rang me back to say “Yes, they’re in stock” And not only that, they were cheaper than what I’ve been paying PLUS I would get a 10% discount on my first order. Guess which company I’m going to deal with from now on. Thank you Incontinence Products, your customer service is the best. Cheers from a happy shopper.
