The Mepilex® Up Dressing is an advanced non-border foam dressing designed to effectively manage exudate while helping minimise the risk of leakage. Developed as the upgraded replacement for Mepilex® XT, Mepilex Up features an innovative foam structure engineered to spread exudate in all directions — even against gravity — for improved fluid management and dressing performance.
Designed for use on low to highly exuding wounds, the dressing combines high absorbency, improved breathability and enhanced fluid retention in a thinner, more conformable profile for ease of application and patient comfort.
