Fixomull stretch is a flexible wide area fixation for securing wound dressings.  This breathable fixation product is stretchy for wound dressings on joints or contoured areas and won't constrict or disturb blood circulation.

BlastX Antimicrobial Biofilm Wound Gel

BlastX Wound Gel is definitely worth it to me. It is worth the price because it works when the other couple of would treatments/gels I like and use regularly unfortunately can't or don't (I excel at frequently injuring &/or burning myself).
It can sometimes sting a little for the first few minutes (but only sometimes and I'm sincerely not sure of the when/why), but it always works. If a non-sting version is ever developed I would unquestionably give it a five.
