Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
Our return policy lasts no more 30 days from time of delivery. If 30 days has passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return;
a) Product(s) must be unwashed, unused, unsoiled and in the same condition in which you received it. All products must be in original packaging
or
b) Product(s) is/are faulty
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your item meets the above eligibility criteria.
If approved, your refund will be processed via the method of your choice.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange for another product or size your;
a) product(s) must be damaged or defective
or
b) product is being exchanged for a different size.
If exchanged for a different size product(s) must be returned inside aforementioned 30 day-post delivery period.
Furthermore, your item must be unwashed, unused, unsoiled and in the same condition in which you received it. All product(s) must be in original packaging
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged - or if eligible to be exchanged for a different size. If you require an exchange, please contact us via:

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to:

Except for faulty items; Buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
If an exchange, Buyer also pays return shipping of the new, exchanged product.
Trackable shipping is recommended for all returns and/or exchanges. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
