Cutimed Siltec Sorbact B is a versatile, sterile foam dressing that combines the absorption power of a super-absorbent foam core with Sorbact® Technology to bind bacteria and fungi. It’s designed to manage wounds with moderate to heavy exudate while protecting against infection, all in a single dressing.

Indications
Use Cutimed Siltec Sorbact B on superficial wounds that are moderate to heavily exuding and may be clean, colonised, or infected. Applications include:

How to Use

Cleanse the wound area according to standard protocols.

Select a dressing size that overlaps wound margins by at least 1 cm.

Remove the backing and place the dressing so the Sorbact® contact layer contacts the wound bed evenly.

Secure with secondary fixation, avoiding tension or shear.

Monitor exudate and change dressing when saturated or as clinically indicated.

For removal, gently lift one edge; the silicone border and smooth contact surface aid in atraumatic removal.
