If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days has passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return & Refund
To be eligible for a return:
- Your products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unsoiled and in its original packaging.
- If your product(s) is/are faulty.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please first contact us. If your return is accepted mail your product to:

Except for faulty items; the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your item meets the above eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed via the method of your choice.
Faulty Items Policy
If you believe that your product(s) is/are faulty please contact our Customer Service team so we can investigate and resolve this issue for you.
To ensure we resolve your concern as soon as possible, you will need to provide with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The name of the affected product(s).
- A photo of the fault (if possible)
Our Faulty Items Policy is only valid for purchases made directly through the Night N Day website.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange for another product or size your:
- product(s) must be damaged or defective or
- product is being exchanged for a different size.
If exchanged for a different product must be returned inside 30 day-post delivery period. Your item must be unwashed, unused, unsoiled and in the same condition in which you received it. All product(s) must be in original packaging.
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged - or if eligible to be exchanged for a different size.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend that you use a trackable postage service when returning items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or missing parcels.

Custom made and special request products
When purchasing a Custom Made or Special Request product, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate and correct measurements and requirements prior to manufacturing. We urge clients to be detailed and specific when providing specifications for a Custom Made or Special Request products.
Due to the nature of Custom Made and Special Request products we are unable to offer any exchanges, returns or refunds on these items.
