AQUACEL® Ag+ Extra Dressing is a sterile Hydrofiber® antimicrobial wound dressing designed to help manage infected wounds or wounds at risk of infection. Combining Hydrofiber® Technology, ionic silver, and Ag+ Technology, it helps manage wound exudate, disrupt biofilm and create an optimal environment for wound healing.

As wound fluid is absorbed, the dressing forms a soft cohesive gel that conforms closely to the wound bed, helping to lock in exudate and bacteria while maintaining a moist wound healing environment. The reinforced fibre construction provides added strength, allowing the dressing to be removed in one piece to help minimise trauma during dressing changes.

Suitable for a wide range of acute and chronic wounds, AQUACEL Ag+ Extra is designed to support effective wound management while helping protect fragile peri-wound skin.
