BlastX Wound Gel is definitely worth it to me. It is worth the price because it works when the other couple of would treatments/gels I like and use regularly unfortunately can't or don't (I excel at frequently injuring &/or burning myself).
It can sometimes sting a little for the first few minutes (but only sometimes and I'm sincerely not sure of the when/why), but it always works. If a non-sting version is ever developed I would unquestionably give it a five.
