We acknowledge that for many NDIS families, day-to-day life is busy and we want to know what are the tasks your mum tackles that makes life easier. This is not about beautiful writing, it’s about stories shared from the heart.

Mother’s Day Appreciation Competition: Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • Customer Requirement: To be eligible, either the Nominator or the Nominee must be a past or current customer of IncontinenceProducts.com.au.

  • Residency: This competition is open to residents of Australia only.

2. How to Enter

  • Entrants must nominate a mother or mother figure by submitting a story, video, or audio file, along with a brief reason for the nomination via the specified entry platform.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens at 5pm AEST on Thursday, 30 April 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on Sunday, 3 May 2026.

  • Entries received after this time will not be considered.

4. The Prize

  • The prize consists of a total value of $300, broken down as follows:

    • 1 x $150 Eftpos Gift Card.

    • $150 worth of products from IncontinenceProducts.com.au (based on current RRP).

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

5. Judging and Notification

  • This is a game of skill. Each entry will be judged on its creativity, heart, and sincerity.

  • The winner will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by IncontinenceProducts.com.au. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner will be notified via email or phone within two (2) days of the closing date.

6. Claiming the Prize

  • The winner must respond to the notification and claim their prize within seven (7) days.

  • If the prize remains unclaimed after seven days, IncontinenceProducts.com.au reserves the right to conduct a re-judging to award the prize to a runner-up.

7. Content and Privacy

  • Consent: By entering, the Nominator warrants that they have obtained the Nominee’s consent to share their name and story.

  • Publicity: Entrants agree to the use of their name, the Nominee’s name, and the submitted materials (stories, photos, or videos) for promotional and marketing purposes by IncontinenceProducts.com.au across social media, email, and their website.

  • Data Protection: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Gift with Purchase: QV Bonus Pack Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

  • The promotion commences at 5:00 PM AEST on Thursday, 30 April 2026.

  • The promotion concludes once the first 25 qualifying orders have been processed or at 12:00 PM (Midday) AEST on Friday, 1 May 2026, whichever occurs first.

2. Eligibility & Qualifying Criteria

  • To qualify, a customer must place a single online order via IncontinenceProducts.com.au with a subtotal value of $600.00 or more.

  • The $600 threshold applies to the product subtotal after any discounts are applied and excluding shipping costs and taxes.

  • Limit: One (1) QV Gift Pack per customer/household.

3. The Bonus Gift

  • The first 25 valid online orders will be determined by the precise timestamp of order completion in our system.

  • The QV Gift Pack is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

  • We reserve the right to substitute the gift for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

  • The QV Gift Pack includes: 1 x QV Hand Cream 50g and 1 x QV Skin Lotion 50ml.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • If a qualifying order is cancelled or refunded, the QV Gift Pack must also be returned in its original, unopened, and resalable condition.

  • If the Gift Pack is not returned with the refunded order, or has been opened/used, the full retail value of the gift pack will be deducted from the customer's total refund amount.

5. General

  • This promotion is available for online orders only.
