Michelle is a Clinical Nurse Specialist with 20 years of experience across acute, perioperative, and complex community settings. She has held senior roles at St George Hospital, Sutherland Hospital, Sydney Southwest Private Hospital, Prince of Wales Private Hospital, and internationally at Great Ormond Street Hospital (Paediatrics). Recognised as Preceptor of the Year for her dedication to mentorship and education, Michelle now focuses entirely on continence assessment and management within the NDIS - delivering thorough clinical assessments, clear funding reports, and practical education tailored to participants, support teams, and families.
