If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days has passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return:
- Washable products must not show any signs of being washed, used or soiled.
- Disposable products must be returned unopened with no signs of use
- If purchasing a product in carton, pack or bundle quantity all items included in that carton, pack or bundle must be returned
- Returned within 30 days of receiving the goods
To start a return, please first contact us. If your return is accepted mail your product to:

Except for faulty items; the buyer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your item meets the above eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original payment method (less associated merchant fees).
Faulty Items Policy
If you believe that your product(s) is/are faulty please contact our Customer Service team so we can investigate and resolve this issue for you.
To ensure we resolve your concern as soon as possible, you will need to provide with the following information:
- Your order number.
- The name of the affected product(s).
- A photo of the fault (if possible)

Custom made and special request products
When purchasing a Custom Made or Special Request product, it is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate and correct measurements and requirements prior to manufacturing. We urge clients to be detailed and specific when providing specifications for a Custom Made or Special Request products.
Due to the nature of Custom Made and Special Request products we are unable to offer any exchanges, returns or refunds on these items.
